If for some reason you want to return an Ocean Bottle Or Dog Bowl, you may do so by sending the item back in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
The price of shipping and the product will be refunded upon receipt.  Please note that we only accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. 

What is your exchange policy?

We don’t accept exchanges unless an item is defective or damaged. To get a different product, please contact us through email and one of our team members will assist you. Please note that we require the original receipt for all exchanges.
